Behold the potato: Idaho’s history wouldn’t be complete without it! Early pioneers raised a few more potatoes than they needed and put Idaho on the map. That entrepreneurial, pioneering spirit is still big in Boise today. We think that’s worth celebrating. You should join us.
Drink in the mountain views from our beautiful campus. Enjoy savory potato-inspired appetizers prepared by Chef Joe Bonocore, using genuine Idaho ingredients. Sip on cocktails featuring Boise’s own 44° North Vodka, handcrafted by a local bar-on-wheels bartender. Mix and mingle with residents and guests. And hear a few words from Executive Director Jud Severns. He’ll explain why The Terraces of Boise is planted right here, and why we’re committed to supporting our local crop of products and businesses.
